After the «referendum» in the Crimea, the Kerch artist Maria Kulikovskaya received a confirmation number "254" of that she was internally displaced. "254" was also called her first action devoted to Ukrainian events: Maria, hiding under the Ukrainian flag, fell on the steps of the Hermitage, where in the summer of 2014, the international biennale of contemporary art "Manifesto 10" took a plac. From which she refused to declare officially, protesting against the annexation Crimea (source: Radio Svoboda).
